Ingredients

  • 1 pt. blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water

Instructions

  1. Place blueberries and maple syrup in a saucepan.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to the saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Pour the jam into a jar and let it cool.
  6. Refrigerate before serving.
