Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh coconut
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Pet milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except coconut in a double boiler and cook until thickened.
  2. Add the fresh coconut to the mixture and pour into a prepared pie crust.
  3. Cool until set and the pie crust is done.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
