Instructions
- With electric beater, cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in salt and lime juice.
- Add flour with a wooden spoon.
- Chill until firm. Shape into 2 (4-inch-long) rolls; chill until firm enough to slice.
- Cut into thin (about 1/8-inch) slices.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Sprinkle with sugar and lime rind.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes in a 375° oven.
