Chewy, nutty raisin-peanut bars combine peanut butter, oatmeal, and raisins for a delicious snack or treat perfect for any occasion or to satisfy a sweet craving.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Microwave peanut butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Add in rice Krispies, oatmeal, raisins, and chopped peanuts.
  4. Press mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Cool and cut into squares.
  6. Store airtight.
