Fresh Peach Duff

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 6 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Stiff together dry ingrediants, add milk and stir lightly.
  2. Melt butter in an 8" baking dish and add batter.
  3. Arrange peaches on top.
  4. Bake@ 375 for 35 minutes.
