Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 4 cups fresh peeled, sliced peaches
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups raspberries

Instructions

  2. Add peeled, sliced peaches, lemon peel, and lemon juice to the saucepan.
  3. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  4. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  5. Bring to a boil again, but avoid breaking up the fruit.
  6. Pour the fruit mixture into a shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the topping over the fruit.
