Ingredients

  • 11 oz. can lychees
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut up
  • 1 medium orange, pared and sectioned

Instructions

  1. Drain the lychees, reserving half a cup of the syrup.
  2. Mix the reserved syrup with the lime juice.
  3. Cut the lychees into halves; toss with pineapple and orange sections.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture over the fruit; cover and refrigerate.
