Ingredients

  • 1 peck tomatoes
  • 4 large onions, sliced thin
  • 4 large green peppers, diced
  • 1/2 bunch large celery
  • 2 Tbsp. salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Scald and skin the tomatoes, then cut them into quarters or smaller.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the tomatoes and cook until soft enough to run through a colander.
  3. Reheat the mixture and pour into jars.
  4. Cook the jars to seal.
