Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate vegetables and drain dry.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese.
  3. Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill 2 or more hours.
  5. Spread on crackers or party breads.
