Ingredients

  • boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Thaw the chicken breasts and cut into 3 strips each.
  2. Pound the chicken strips lightly on both sides with a meat hammer or saucer.
  3. Place the chicken in a microwave dish and microwave for 3 minutes to cool.
  4. In a large bag, mix flour, poultry seasoning, and optional garlic powder.
  5. Add the chicken strips to the bag and shake until somewhat coated.
  6. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Fry the coated chicken strips for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
