Fried Egg Roll

- Slice potatoes into thin strips and fry.
- Set aside.
- Cut vegetables into small pieces.
- Saute garlic, onion, pork and shrimp.
- Season with salt and stir; add 1/4 cup water.
- Cover and half cook it.
- Add fried potatoes; drain, then wrap.
- Fry until brown.
