Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt a small dab of butter.
  2. Add eggs; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. When whites are set and edges are cooked, add 1/2 teaspoon of water per egg.
  4. Cover skillet; cook eggs for 2 minutes for soft or 4 minutes for firm.
