Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. mashed potato flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flakes, oil and seasonings.
  2. Coat both sides of fish.
  3. Place on ungreased nonstick baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. May use for chicken or pork chops, etc.
