Ingredients

  • 5 lb. shrimp, cleaned, cooked and cut in half
  • 1 large white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 qt. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a large bowl.
  2. Add cooked, halved shrimp and toss well to coat.
  3. Cover tightly and refrigerate to marinate for at least 24 hours.
