Ingredients

  • 6 ears of corn
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Shuck the ears of corn.
  2. Cut the corn in half lengthwise, removing the top kernels only.
  3. Then go back down the corn, extracting the cream and juice.
  4. In a bowl, combine the corn cream, juice, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, and water.
  5. Mix well to form a batter.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium to low heat.
  7. Fry spoonfuls of the batter until golden brown and cooked through.
