Ingredients

  • 1 bag dry peaches
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • ½ cup oil
  • nonstick Pam

Instructions

  1. Cover peaches with water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook for 1½ hours or until tender.
  3. Add sugar and stir.
  4. Drop 1 serving spoon of the peach filling onto each rolled-out biscuit.
  5. Crimp the edges with a fork.
  6. Heat a skillet over low heat and pour in oil.
  7. Place the pies in the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  8. Serve hot, enjoying the sweet and buttery flavors.
