Ingredients

  • 4 palomilla steaks or top sirloin steaks
  • 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lime or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings

Instructions

  1. Wash the steaks.
  2. Place steaks in a shallow pan.
  3. Season with garlic salt and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped onion. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan to medium heat.
  6. Fry the steaks with some onion rings until browned.
  7. Serve hot.
