Fried Vegetable Batter

Instructions
- Stir the first 5 ingredients together.
- Pour 1 quart of corn oil in a large skillet to 1/2 inch.
- Don't fill over 1/3 full.
- Dip 4 cups cut up vegetables or chicken (cut small, boneless, skinless), a few at a time, into batter.
- Stir now and then.
- Fry 2 or 3 minutes, turning once.
