  • 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. butter softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 can prepared white frosting
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Let ice cream melt at room temperature.
