Sweet, frosted grape clusters coated with a light gelatin and spice mixture, perfect as a refreshing, bite-sized treat for parties or healthy snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. red grapes
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Separate grape bunches into small clusters.
  2. Wash and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Dip grapes into slightly beaten egg whites.
  4. Combine lemon flavored gelatin and cinnamon or nutmeg.
  5. Sprinkle the gelatin mixture over the coated grapes.
  6. Dry on a cake rack or baking sheets in a cool place.
