Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 2 c. pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Combine the beaten egg white, water, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add and blend salt, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice into the mixture.
  3. Add pecan halves and stir until each nut is well coated.
  4. Spread the coated pecans on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in a 250°F oven for one hour or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
