Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages orange gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 pint orange sherbet

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Drain the mandarin oranges; reserve the syrup and add water to make 1 cup.
  3. Chill the mixture until it is slightly thickened.
  4. Blend in the mandarin oranges and softened orange sherbet.
  5. Pour into a 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
