Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl with a mixer at low speed, beat the ice cream with the cheese mixture until blended.
  3. Pour into a 10 x 5-inch loaf pan; cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
