Ingredients

  • 3 quarts cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Soak the sliced cucumbers and onions in cold water with 2 tablespoons of salt for 2 hours.
  2. Drain the cucumbers and onions after soaking.
  3. Mix 1/2 cup of vinegar and 1 1/2 cups of sugar until dissolved thoroughly.
  4. Pour the vinegar and sugar mixture over the drained cucumbers and onions.
  5. Bag the mixture and freeze until ready to serve.
