Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh chopped fruit
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 1/3 cups honey
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Mix fruit, pineapple juice, and honey and boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add gelatin which has been softened in cold water.
  3. Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Fill containers and freeze.
