Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, ensuring the hog head meat is taken off the bone and mashed well.
  2. Put the mixture into cheesecloth, mash out the grease, and tie up.
  3. Hang the cheesecloth to drip overnight.
  4. Remove from cloth, slice thin, and store in the refrigerator.
