Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 c. Key lime juice*
  • lime slices
  • heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks with condensed milk to blend.
  2. Add juice; beat until smooth.
  3. Pour into 4 to 5 champagne flutes.
  4. Wrap with film and freeze.
  5. Thaw slightly before serving.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
  7. Garnish with lime slice.
