Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Whip all ingredients in a blender until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a ring mold and freeze overnight.
  3. Unmold the mousse onto a round plate.
  4. Garnish with leaves and serve drenched with Chambord, if desired.
