Frozen Watermelon Margaritas offer a refreshing blend of sweet watermelon and tangy lime, perfectly suited for summer gatherings or relaxing on a warm day.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, 1 inch chunks
  • 4 lime wedges
  • Kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup tequila
  • 1/2 cup Triple sec
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place melon chunks in a bag and freeze until solid.
  2. Run a lime wedge along the rim of a large stemmed cocktail glass.
  3. Dip the moistened rim in the salt.
  4. Set the lime wedge and the glass aside. Repeat with remaining wedges and 3 glasses.
  5. Transfer about 3/4 of the melon chunks into a blender jar.
  6. Add the tequila, Triple sec, and lime juice.
  7. Blend until fairly smooth.
  8. Add remaining melon and blend until smooth.
  9. Divide mixture into glasses and squeeze a lime wedge into each.
