Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. flank or top round steak, sliced
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt
  • 1 green pepper, sliced in strips
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Separate the flour tortillas and place them in layers of aluminum foil.
  2. Bake the wrapped tortillas at 300°F for 15 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, combine all ingredients including steak, garlic, vinegar, oregano, sugar, chili powder, and salt. Cook until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  4. Place the cooked mixture into a tortilla with cheese.
  5. Wrap the tortilla around the filling.
  6. Microwave the wrapped fajita for a few seconds to warm through.
  7. Serve with salsa and guacamole.
