Fruit Chess Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped apples or fresh peaches
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar, margarine, flour and eggs.
  2. Fold in fruit and cinnamon.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 400°.
  4. Reduce heat to 325°
  5. and bake 40 minutes longer.
