Seafoam Parfaits

Instructions
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water.
- Pour into 9-inch square pan.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Flake gelatin with 2 forks.
- Spoon about half of the gelatin evenly into 4 small parfait glasses; cover evenly with pineapple.
- Add whipped topping to remaining gelatin; mix lightly.
- Spoon over pineapple layers.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
