Ingredients

  • 21 oz. can cherry, apple or blueberry pie filling
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. In an 8 x 1 1/2-inch round microwave-safe baking dish, stir together fruit pie filling, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together rolled oats, brown sugar, and flour.
  3. Stir in melted margarine until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle oat mixture on top of the fruit mixture.
  5. Microwave, uncovered, for 12 to 14 minutes, giving the dish a turn once.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Top with ice cream.
