Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 1 small can frozen lemonade
  • 3 ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add pineapple juice, frozen orange juice, frozen lemonade, and mashed bananas to the boiling mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into 3 containers and freeze.
  4. When ready to serve, add 1 quart of 7-Up or ginger ale to each container and stir before serving.
