Ingredients

  • 3 c. chilled fruit juice
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. ginger ale
  • 1 pt. rainbow sherbet or vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the fruit juice with lemon juice and ginger ale.
  2. Fill glasses halfway with the liquid mixture.
  3. Drop a scoop of sherbet or vanilla ice cream into each glass.
  4. Stir gently and serve immediately.
