Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free orange Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
  • 2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 8 cups water and fruit juice (adjust as needed)
  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple (1 crushed, 1 chunks)
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments
  • 1 cup assorted fruit (blueberries, grapes, bananas, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Put unflavored gelatine in ice cold water and let it stand for 2 minutes.
  2. In a dish, dissolve the flavored Jell-O packets by adding 2 cups boiling water to each and stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. Add another 2 cups boiling water to each and stir well.
  4. Cool the mixture slightly, then add 4 cups of drained fruit juice and water as desired to adjust consistency.
  5. When the gelatine thickens, add the drained fruit or place fruit in the serving dish, then pour the gelatine mixture over the fruit.
