Fruit Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tsp orange Jell-O powder
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 None banana
  • 1 None kiwi, thinly sliced
  • 2.5 oz blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Chill for 20 mins, or until cold. Add yogurt and whisk until smooth. Distribute between 6 - 8 oz dessert glasses. Cover and chill for 2 hours, or until set.
  2. Top each mousse with fruit to serve.
