Fruit Mousse

- In a bowl, mix Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Chill for 20 mins, or until cold. Add yogurt and whisk until smooth. Distribute between 6 - 8 oz dessert glasses. Cover and chill for 2 hours, or until set.
- Top each mousse with fruit to serve.
