Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. blueberries or other fruit

Instructions

  1. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Do not mix too well. Leave slightly lumpy.
  2. Makes 10 to 15 pancakes.
