Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons Jell-O (strawberry, peach, blueberry)
  • graham cracker or prepared crust
  • fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar, water, and cornstarch over medium heat until the mixture thickens and becomes clear.
  2. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Jell-O; stir until dissolved.
  4. Add fresh fruit and pour into the prepared crust.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
