Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. sausage
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp. oil
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in a large skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 cup of water.
  2. When browned, approximately 20 minutes, add the cubed potatoes.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes, then add chopped onions and pepper, adding a little water if needed.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for another 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
