Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerator Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 jar apricot preserves
  • fresh fruit: kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, grapes, bananas, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and soften the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough.
  2. Spread the cookie dough evenly in a pizza pan.
  3. Bake according to package directions until golden brown, then let it cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, almond extract, and sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  6. Warm the apricot preserves and spread it over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with an assortment of fresh fruit such as kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, grapes, and bananas.
  8. Chill the fruit pizza before serving for best flavor.
