Fruit Punch For Children

A refreshing children's fruit punch featuring citrus flavors and a fizzy ginger ale finish, perfect for parties and warm weather gatherings for kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. hot black tea
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. squeezed orange juice
  • 1/3 c. squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pour hot black tea over granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add squeezed orange juice and squeezed lemon juice to the tea mixture.
  3. Put a fairly large amount of ice into a serving container.
  4. Let the mixture stand for a while to chill.
  5. Just before serving, add 2 small bottles (12 ounces each) of ginger ale to the punch.
  6. Decorate with slices of orange and sprigs of mint.
