Ingredients

  • 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. diet strawberry jam
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 c. plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Stir the cottage cheese until well mixed.
  2. Add the diet strawberry jam and ground ginger to the cottage cheese and mix well.
  3. Add the plain yogurt and blend in a blender until smooth.
