Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. fruit juice
  • 6 c. frozen orange juice
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 1 large can peaches, cut up
  • 10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

  1. Cook tapioca, sugar, and 1 cup of water until the white is gone from the tapioca.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add fruit juice, orange juice, mandarin oranges, peaches, and strawberries to the tapioca.
  4. Cool until ready to serve.
  5. Before serving, slice and add bananas.
