Fruit Stuffed Pork Chops

Instructions
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over chops.
- Combine bread cubes, apple, cheese, raisins, butter, orange juice, salt and cinnamon. Stuff mixture into pockets.
- Press edge of pockets together to seal.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender. Makes 8 servings.
