Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit pulp
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Put fruit pulp through a coarse strainer.
  2. Add sugar, nuts, and beaten stiff egg whites to the fruit pulp.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pie shell.
  4. Bake in a slow oven at 300° F for 20 minutes.
  5. Cool the pie and cover with whipped cream before serving.
