Fruity Fruit Cake

Instructions
- Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan and line with wax paper.
- Mix fruit and nuts together by hand.
- Sift dry ingredients and mix with fruit.
- Beat eggs with vanilla or rum flavoring; stir into other mixture.
- Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Cool on rack in pan for 15 minutes.
- Remove.
- Cool again.
- Wrap in foil.
