Ingredients

  • 17 oz. package refrigerator sugar cookies
  • 2 cups thawed whipped topping
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • kiwi, sliced

Instructions

  1. Arrange cookie dough slices on a foil-lined 14-inch pizza pan and press to seal edges.
  2. Bake in a 375°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate to cool.
  3. Fold whipped topping into the sour cream until well combined.
  4. Spread the whipped topping mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Arrange the sliced fruits in concentric circles starting with kiwi in the center, followed by strawberries, blueberries, and peaches moving outward.
  6. Chill the pizza and then cut into wedges to serve.
