Fruity Popsicles

Vibrant and refreshing, these fruity popsicles combine natural fruit juice with a hint of lemon and sweetness, perfect for hot days and family treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup fruit juice, heated
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand for 1 minute.
  2. Add hot fruit juice, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
  3. Stir in sugar and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into 6 popsicle molds or paper cups.
  5. Freeze until partially frozen.
  6. Insert ice cream sticks and freeze until firm.
  7. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Remove popsicles from molds before serving.
