Instructions
- Mix together flour, sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa.
- Stir together milk, vanilla and melted shortening; add to dry ingredients.
- Add nuts and pour into greased 9x
- 13-inch pan.
- Mix brown sugar and 8 tablespoons cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over batter.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm.
